One of my favorite projects during my time at McKinsey. The internal and external teams were exceptional—bringing together creative and analytical minds to build a full-scope effort spanning consumer insights, expert interviews, market sizing, and trend reports. The work pushed beyond what’s happening in the beauty industry today to imagine what could be—anchored not only in what’s “right,” but in what truly makes sense for the future of inclusive growth and representation.
